‘Spiritual Symbols’ is the title of the Sindhi version which was requested by the Shah Latif Foundation, Pakistan. “Every Muslim must seek knowledge, every Muslim must read this book,” The preface is written by the Vice Chancellor of the University and promoted by Shah Waqar Shah, custodian of the Shah Abdul Latif shrine, Sindh, Pakistan
The Arabic edition is ready to be printed. In response to current demand and requests from leading figures in the print industry, the goal is to have copies for a major international book festival in the Middle East and to prepare special limited editions for VIPs in the region. Bengali edition was produced in India, translated from the Arabised English edition by a professional translator and published by a leading publishing company in West Bengal. Again, the owner of the company was enthusiastic about this book because, “There is nothing else like this on the market and everyone will be interested in reading His Story for themselves”.
The Bulgarian edition was translated in country and warmly received by Bulgarian Muslims who found they could now joyfully read His Story in their own style and idiom amongst themselves. They were thrilled to have been given the opportunity to know about His life and work amongst men.
The Farsi edition is currently out of print but in high demand. Iranians know exactly what it is like to grow up in a society ruled by religious leaders and can readily identify with the social and cultural context experienced by the Son of Mary as He navigated the intensely religious society of His day, living boldly amongst them, highlighting the treatment of women, the poor, the sick and the marginalised of His day.
